Liverpool Victoria life assurance has won big at the Investment Live & Pensions Moneyfacts awards.
The category won by the provider was the Best Protection Service gong.
Additionally, Liverpool Victoria won a commendation in the Best Income Protection Provider category.
Moneyfacts, a financial website, said that the awards show what it considers to be the "excellent work" being carried out by insurance providers in the life and pensions industry.
